Useful Public Service

As a non-profit organization, Intervention is statutorily authorized to provide Useful Public Service for clients sentenced by the Court.

Clients are referred to work sites (governmental or community based non-profit organizations).  Intervention has developed collaborative relationships with agencies across the State of Colorado, providing clients with options that fit with work/school schedules, special skills and abilities.

Hours completed are verified with agencies and compliance/non-compliance is reported to the referring agent or Court.

Intervention provides Useful Public Service in the following Districts:

   •10th District - Pueblo

   •11th District - Bailey, Canon City, Salida

   •17th District - Brighton
